Notice Convening the Annual General Meeting of the Glenogle Residents Association
on Tuesday 17th November 2026, 7pm
The GCRA AGM will be held in the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Club at 1 Broughton Road, Edinburgh EH7 4EW on Tuesday 17th November 2026 starting at 19.00 hours.
Glenogle Court is a development of 122 flats, ranging from studio flats to four bedroom double uppers built in 1980. The estate covers Ettrickdale Place, Liddesdale Place and 2 to 7 Glenogle Road.
All owners and residents of properties on the estate are members of the Glenogle Court Residents Association and contribute an annual subscription fee to cover the cost of the Association's work. The Association is run by residents for the benefit of all residents.
Volunteer members of the Association undertake the administration associated with maintaining our common grounds, in essence organising the gardening contract which takes up the majority of our annual budget. The Association has carried out other improvements to the common grounds including replacing shrubs and bushes, placing new signage, re-painting car parking bays, and repairing damaged walls and paving. The current committee members, elected at the AGM in November, 2025, are Colin Dempster - Chairman, Doreen Boyle- Secretary, Jane Norie and Lyndsey Barrow - Joint Treasurers and Carole Notman, Brenda Pearson and Nik Taylor as committee members.
