About Glenogle Court

Glenogle Court is a development of 122 flats, ranging from studio flats to four bedroom double uppers built in 1980. The estate covers Ettrickdale Place, Liddesdale Place and 2 to 7 Glenogle Road.

 

All owners of properties on the estate are members of the Glenogle Court Residents Association and contribute an annual subscription fee to cover the cost of the Association's work. The Association is run by residents for the benefit of all residents.

Volunteer members of the Association undertake the administration associated with maintaining our common grounds, in essence organising the gardening contract which takes up the majority of our annual budget. The Association has carried out other improvements to the common grounds including replacing shrubs and bushes, placing new signage, re-painting car parking bays, and repairing damaged walls and paving.
