Participate in the GCRA
All owners and residents are members of the GCRA with volunteer members making up the committee. New committee members are always welcome. There are at least two Committee meetings per year, as well as an Annual General Meeting. The AGM is held before the end of November each year.

Join the Facebook Group
There is an active Facebook Group for property owners and people living in Glenogle Court. Join in for discussion with your neighbours. To get in touch with the GCRA committee, visit the contact page.

Recycling and Waste Facilities
We have recycling bins for each block, two glass recycling bins (in each carpark) and a food waste bin (in the centre of the estate - please bag rubbish first). If a bin is full, please put your rubbish and recycling in a neighbouring bin. Find out more about what you can and can't recycle here.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging
If looking to install EV charging in your private parking bay, works must comply with Scottish Planning terms for electric charging infrastructure. Click here for details about installing charging points as 'permitted development', without the need for planning permission. It may be worth consulting with the council.
Additionally, you will need ownership of the wall, or permission from the wall owner, to secure infrastructure to it. The owner of the property should take responsibility for this, not a tenant. To find out who owns the wall, refer to the grounds plan. To find flat owners when the property is tenanted, use the Landlord Register.

Click for details about the council's charging bay installation programme. It includes a few in our area.

Rocheid Path
The Rocheid Path is one of Edinburgh’s hidden green spaces providing pleasure and enjoyment to local residents in the Stockbridge Colonies, Canonmills and Inverleith areas as well as to visitors walking on the Water of Leith walkway. The Friends of the Rocheid Path was founded in 2011 to promote the conservation, protection and improvement of the section of the Water of Leith river bank between the Falshaw Bridge and Canonmills.

Community Council
The Stockbridge and Inverleith Community Council exists to ascertain, co-ordinate and express the views of the Stockbridge & Inverleith Community to Local Government and Public Authorities. Postal address: Stockbridge and Inverleith Community Council, Stockbridge Library, Hamilton Place, EH3 5BA. Email: stockbridgeandinverleithcc@gmail.com Tel: 0131 529 5665

The Colonies
The Stockbridge Colonies are our neighbours, with a vibrant community of their own. They have events throughout the year in the area that you can find out more about on their website. The Colonies are home to our local "Little Free Library" on 29 Teviotdale Place. Take a book, leave a book and get to know more people in the process.
